Senior Analytic Technical Lead

As a Senior Analytic Technical Lead, you will provide analytic and statistical leadership while playing a central role in the start-up of a designated region.
You must live in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa.
This is a part-time role (about 20 hours/week) and the approximate hourly rate for Colorado is $57.70 - $79.33.

Essential Functions

• You will be responsible for the methodological integrity of data collection, data analysis, standard reports, presentations, and will be expected to help support proposal writing, as needed.
• You will offer subject matter expertise to Telligen’s analytic, clinical, information technology, and quality management personnel.
• You will have extensive experience and training to generate knowledge to support QI efforts using claims, clinical, and patient reported data.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in mathematics, statistics, public health, health care, computer science, and/or equivalent training and/or experience.
• 8+ years experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience in analysis of large health related data, such as claims and mastery of analytic software and other relevant technologies, and oversight of analytic tasks.
• 3+ years anticipating client expectations and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• 5+ years experience leading and mentoring professional staff.
• Databricks, R and/or Python coding, AWS QuickSight or other business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI) experience.
• Higher level experience/expertise using CMS Medicare/Medicaid data or clinical (e.g., electronic medical record) data.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience with provider-reported data.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage.
• Research and technical writing.
