Data Scientist (Generative AI)

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Data Scientist (Generative AI). This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve productivity, enhance the employee experience and shape strategic decision-making.

As part of our dynamic Budapest Analytics Center of Excellence, you will help in developing Generative AI-based solutions, data driven applications, statistical and machine learning models as well as enhancing our understanding of people data patterns and trends.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a position within the Research & Insights team, which focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve productivity, enhance the employee experience and shape strategic decision-making on talent.

What you'll do in the role:
 

- Collaborate on the creation, development and evaluation of GenAI-based solutions to enhance internal HR processes
- Leverage large language models and traditional natural language processing techniques to analyze and improve the services provided to employees
- Construct and refine machine learning and statistical models to answer research questions relevant to informing business strategy related to workforce and talent analytics
- Work closely with colleagues and business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions

What you'll bring to the role:
 

- You have 5+ years of professional experience related to AI, data science or statistics; experience in natural language processing, large language models and/or generative AI is a plus

- BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- You are skilled in Python and understand various data sources and technologies such as relational databases, data lakes and APIs
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
