This is a hybrid role, based in Malaysia, working a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial company and technology market models to analyze business performance and forecast market performance.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and translate them into data models.
• Utilize Python libraries to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized vendor and market models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and market modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization .
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, ratios, and valuation techniques.
• Statistical skills performing regression analysis and other statistical methods to evaluate financial data and trends.
• Familiarity with Power BI and databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced excel skills.
