We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst based in Paris La Défense for a temporary role of 12 months.
Your Team
Our team plays a crucial role in supporting commercial development and maximizing efficiency with the Sales teams, collaborating closely to optimize performance and achieve commercial objectives.
The Impact You Will Have
As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our commercial activities. Reporting to the Head of Distribution Allianz Commercial for the France and South Africa region, you will be responsible for assisting in the commercial steering of the Sales team. Your work will consist of providing strategic support to the Department Director while collaborating closely with the Sales teams to maximize efficiency and results.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Creation and Monitoring of Reports and Commercial Development: You will be responsible for creating accurate and relevant reports that will guide our strategic decisions. You will closely monitor commercial development to identify growth opportunities and optimize our market performance.

Conducting Market Studies: You will perform in-depth analyses to understand market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and anticipate customer needs. These studies will serve as a basis to guide our commercial strategy and strengthen our competitive position.

Support for Allianz Commercial Reports: You will provide essential support in preparing internal reports, ensuring the accuracy of data and clarity of information presented to the Board and other stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Initiative and Rigor: Your ability to take initiative and work rigorously will be essential to successfully carry out your missions and actively contribute to our success.

Responsiveness and Adaptability to Meet Board Requests: You will need to demonstrate flexibility and high responsiveness to effectively respond to Board requests, quickly adapting your analyses and recommendations.

Knowledge of Commercial Monitoring and KPIs: Your deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial monitoring processes will be fundamental to evaluate and improve our practices.

Experience in Market Studies: Your experience in conducting market studies will allow you to provide valuable insights that will guide our strategic decisions and strengthen our competitive advantage.

Ability to Use AI Tools to Support Daily Tasks and Improve Work Efficiency
