Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc., one of the fastest growing IT companies in the world, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level AI Software Engineer to join our team. This role is for the development, validation and testing of AI system and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for total solutions to meet customer requirements. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the validation and testing of AI solutions.
• Contribute to solution development by applying AI modeling knowledge and frontend engineering experience.
• Support the integration and optimization of AI system and software including data preprocessing.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.
• Embrace feedback and iterate solutions to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
• Work closely with peers and mentors to meet project deadlines.
• Contribute to internal process documentation and participate in continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• B.S.+ in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, object-oriented programming, and version control systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Highly motivated, quick to learn, and eager to contribute to mission-driven engineering teams.

Salary Range

$108,000 - $159,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
