About You:

We are looking for an AI Architect to join our AI Innovation team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in AI agent architecture and automation systems, who can develop, design, and optimize AI solutions with both coding and no-code tools. As an AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level AI architectures that integrate seamlessly across multiple systems and drive marketing, sales, and customer success automation. You will use a combination of custom code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Make.com, Zapier) to build scalable, efficient AI agents and workflows.

Your focus will be on creating a robust, scalable architecture for AI-powered systems, ensuring that AI agents work seamlessly within the broader infrastructure and are highly effective across different business functions. You will be instrumental in defining the strategy, frameworks, and best practices for AI agent development at Fello.

You Will:

• Design and architect AI agent systems and automation solutions, combining coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) with no-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Make.com, Zapier).
• Create custom logic and scalable, efficient architectures for AI agents that power complex workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Define and implement the architecture for multi-agent systems, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, databases, external APIs).
• Lead the design and development of API integrations to connect AI agents with external data sources and third-party platforms.
• Establish best practices for AI agent architecture, including modularity, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure AI-powered solutions align with business goals and operational needs.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of AI systems, making sure that workflows are optimized for both speed and accuracy.
• Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow their technical skills and expand their understanding of AI architecture.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices, ensuring Fello remains at the forefront of innovation in AI-powered solutions.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years specifically in AI architecture and AI agent development.
• Extensive experience in AI system design and architecture, with a focus on scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Proficiency in coding languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar for building AI agent logic and integrating complex systems.
• Experience using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Make.com, Zapier) to create and manage automation workflows.
• Solid experience in API design and integration, with the ability to build complex integrations with internal and external systems.
• Proven ability to architect multi-agent systems that span different technologies, platforms, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of software infrastructure and architectural best practices for distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that are both innovative and practical.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding other team members to enhance their technical skills and architectural understanding.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
