This position is a general purpose assistant to the marine robotics lab within the Center. The primary responsibilities will be focused on acquisition and annotation of images of marine aids to navigation and hazards for machine learning applications. Other duties will include support of field deployment of robotic systems at the UNH pier facility. This position is not essential staff.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Field acquisition of images (60%)

  • Annotation of images (30%)

  • Other duties (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate student

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Reasonable level of maturity

  • Basic camera operation

  • Basic computer operation
