  • Create and own data validation and quality control processes to support clean and reliable data across all EHRM reporting assets, improving data-driven decision making, ensuring a repeatable and reliable process.
  • Act as a data steward for the Data Scientist, supporting the collection, preparation, and organization of structured data sets used in predictive modeling, trend analysis, and advanced statistical use cases.
  • Support collaboration between technical and functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable data and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct analyses of clinical and operational data to assess system performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to track, analyze, and visualize key performance metrics related to care delivery, EHR workflows, and user behavior.
  • Apply Agile and SAFe Lean practices to contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Healthcare Informatics).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence support.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting technical data requirements and supporting business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong background in data quality control, data lineage, and data integrity processes.
  • Familiarity with working alongside data scientists, informatics and statistical teams to support analytical pipelines.
  • Experience supporting large federal agencies, preferably the VHA or DoD.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.
