About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Visualizer to join our data and analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful visualizations and dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and product teams to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence using industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Databricks.

As a Junior Visualizer, your expertise in ETL processes, data transformation, and data mining—combined with your strong visualization and storytelling abilities—will be instrumental in identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization & Reporting:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into visualizations that clearly communicate complex data in a user-friendly format.
• Build intuitive interfaces that showcase KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.

• ETL & Data Preparation:
• Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data using tools like ADF (Azure Data Factory).
• Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and cleanse data for accurate visualization and analysis.

• Big Data & Cloud Integration:
• Leverage Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python to process large datasets and perform data mining operations.
• Work with Microsoft Azure cloud services to integrate and manage data pipelines.

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
• Monitor data quality and visualization performance to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
• Optimize queries and dashboards for faster rendering and usability.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and refine visualization goals.
• Assist in the interpretation of visual analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for building reports and dashboards.
• Experience with ETL tools, particularly ADF (Azure Data Factory).
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark for data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of data mining, KPI development, and data storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
