Job Overview: 

Xponential Fitness is seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Data Analyst to help advance enterprise-wide decision-making through impactful analytics and insight delivery. This individual contributor role operates within the centralized analytics function under a hub-and-spoke model, supporting business teams across the organization while ensuring alignment to shared data standards, tools, and practices. The ideal candidate excels not only at technical analytics but also in translating data into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform decisions at the highest levels. This includes surfacing AI-driven patterns, visualizing trends, and crafting concise summaries that resonate with business and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

Enterprise Analytics & Insight Delivery

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers using large-scale, complex datasets.
• Translate analytical outputs into executive-ready insights, summaries, and presentations — supporting strategic decisions across the enterprise.
• Partner with BI developers to guide the structure and content of dashboards and reports, ensuring the right data is visualized for the intended audience.
• Surface patterns, forecasts, and clusters from AI/ML models, and help contextualize these insights for cross-functional teams.

Embedded Analyst Support & Governance

• Act as a centralized partner for embedded analysts, ensuring consistent data definitions, tools, and trusted sources are used across the organization.
• Promote consistent adoption of approved analytics tools, templates, and metrics definitions across the enterprise.
• Support onboarding and enablement programs that improve analytical maturity across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engage with teams across Marketing, Finance, Field Operations, and Technology to scope analytical needs and deliver repeatable, scalable insights.
• Participate in enterprise KPI design and refinement in partnership with analytics leadership and business stakeholders.
• Help reduce duplication of reporting efforts by identifying opportunities to centralize or automate recurring needs.

Data & AI Integration

• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure required datasets are accessible, reliable, and performance-optimized for analytics use.
• Partner with AI teams to interpret and operationalize model outputs, integrating these into dashboards, reports, and strategic analyses.
• Champion a responsible and user-friendly application of AI and predictive analytics across key business domains.
   

Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Qualifications: 

• Experience: 5–8 years in data analytics roles with a strong track record of insight delivery in cross-functional, enterprise environments.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong in SQL, Python, Spark, and working with large datasets in distributed compute environments.
  • Experienced in collaborating with BI developers; ability to define data requirements and insight structure — but not responsible for dashboard/report development.
  • Experience working with and analyzing graph-based data analytics (Neo4j and Amazon Neptune) to uncover relationships, hierarchies, and connected insights.
• AI Fluency: Ability to interpret outputs from machine learning and AI systems and convert them into strategic insights.
• Collaboration and Enablement: Comfortable operating in a hub-and-spoke model, enabling alignment across embedded analyst teams.
• Communication and Storytelling: Skilled in executive-level narrative building, written summaries, and strategic slide creation and strong at translating data into insight.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
