You’re unique, and we value that. As a Customer Data Specialist, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

  • Assist in the review of the internal case management system (CRM) helping to ensure it is optimised to maximise adoption and delivers required outcomes;
  • Develop and maintain regular reports, workforce capacity models, and dashboards and aid in the creation of rosters as required;
  • Seek out ideas and make recommendations to enhance productivity of the group;
  • Identify actionable insights from other teams across our business, including those focused on product;
  • Assist in the development of Support group agents with skill-based tools to aid in performance monitoring and uplift;
  • Assist in the delivery and maintenance of workforce planning tools and processes to aid in managing resource capacity requirements;
  • Continually assess and monitor the success of the Customer Support group services via the review of the customer satisfaction surveys and engage with others;
  • Perform incident categorisation, trend analysis, and make recommendations on possible remediation focus areas;
  • Facilitate problem analysis, major incident reviews, and problem compliance reviews.

We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in a data analytics role;
  • A confident and professional verbal and written communication style with a personality that supports the requirement to converse across all levels of management and medical professions;
  • A passion for working in a collaborative team environment;
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient skills in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel;
  • Proficient skills in Power Query to connect to data sources, clean, shape, and reshape data and apply transformations;
  • Previous experience in the use of Python for data analysis preferred but not essential;
  • Previous experience in the use of and development of tools/applications with Microsoft Power Apps preferred but not essential;
  • Previous experience in the use of centralised data warehousing like Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse preferred but not essential.
