• Planning and managing the functional and operational tasks of the company's Services department.
• Ensuring the achievement of tactical objectives aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards in the services provided.
• Understanding the client’s reality and identifying how Quales can meet their business and technical needs.
• Promoting the growth of the department, ensuring all members understand and embrace the established culture.

✔ How do we envision you?

• Professional in Computer Engineering, Systems, Computing, Statistics, or related fields.
• 7+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Business Intelligence projects or Systems projects, with a clear focus on functional/management roles.
• Strong leadership profile with proven experience in managing teams.
• Knowledge of the entire data ecosystem (Databases / ETL / Exploitation), analytical understanding of various business areas, and experience using agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Python, Spark, and Databricks is a big plus!
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster synergy with clients and the team.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
