Developing scalable, decentralised, mobile, nimble and low-cost solutions to defend against asymmetric ai-powered threats at scale on land, in the air and at sea.Your mission
- Build, train and refine RL-based agents for real-world use (navigation, coordination, decision making)
- Collaborate with embedded teams to deploy models onto drones and other platforms
- Integrate perception, control and reward models into closed-loop systems
- Contribute to fast iteration loops based on field tests and real sensor data
- Work with simulation environments to validate strategies before deployment
Your profile
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning or Control Theory
- Hands-on experience with at least one RL framework (Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines, etc.)
- Understanding of system dynamics, robotics basics, or embedded deployment
- Python proficiency – C++ or ROS2 experience is a plus
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and readiness to make things work in imperfect real-world settings
- Experience with SLAM, path planning, multi-agent coordination, or sensor fusion
