Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Working as a BI Data Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end process of extracting, transforming, and integrating data from a range of sources. Your work will directly power operational dashboards and business reporting across the organisation. You’ll also help shape the future of our BI capability—bringing your experience to a collaborative and evolving tech team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain data pipelines that support dashboards and reporting needs

• Integrate external APIs (e.g. AWS Connect) to enrich internal datasets

• Design and monitor audit metrics to ensure data accuracy and reliability

• Support ad-hoc investigations and reporting requests across business units

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to shape BI architecture

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong SQL skills—joins, stored procedures, performance tuning

• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell or similar) for automation and transformation

• Experience working with APIs and handling JSON/XML data

• Solid understanding of data models and reporting best practices

• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
