Job Description

Beame is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business intelligence expertise to lead and deliver key projects that align with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure secure, compliant infrastructure and high-quality outcomes across app and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate secure backend data storage (image uploads, chat logs, booking times, aligner progress) and ensure cloud infrastructure compliance (Firebase, AWS).
• Guide development of a photo validation system using computer vision frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Google Cloud Vision API).
• Oversee frontend app build (Figma to React Native) and backend integration.
• Manage web team to implement multilingual, e-commerce-ready Shopify sites and multilingual WordPress homepages for foreign markets (e.g., Singapore, Taiwan).
• Coordinate development teams with clear timelines, QA processes, version control, staging, and post-launch maintenance.
• Manage MarTech tracking integrations, including Meta, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Lead project meetings, document actions, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects in tech, e-commerce, or business intelligence environments.
• Strong business intelligence skills including data analysis, data warehousing, ETL processes, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL programming, and data visualization.
• Experience managing MarTech integrations (Meta, GA4, GTM) to optimize marketing analytics and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS), computer vision, Shopify, and multilingual site deployment.
• Great communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required to effectively manage projects and communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
