The project and your role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer / Architect to join our team in Boston for a hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing an advanced AI tool capable of automatically generating code from natural language prompts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement core components of the AI code generation tool.
• Write robust, scalable, and efficient code in Python.
• Integrate the AI tool with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS) using Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Develop comprehensive test suites to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the generated code.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and other engineers to refine the tool's capabilities and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the AI platform.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and deployment pipelines.

Your skills

• Proficient experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable and resilient systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
