The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Αναλυτής Κύριων Δεδομένων / Master Data Analyst”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Superintendent – Reliability and Planning of the Asset Management department in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Establish Master Data Management (MDM) and governance procedures in SAP and related OT systems (e.g., Aveva PI).

·      Support Asset Management and other business units through accurate and standardized data.

·      Maintain SAP master maintenance data to ensure the integrity and reliability of business information.

·      Develop and document workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SAP and associated systems.

·      Provide training and support materials to end-users to ensure proper management and utilization of master data.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders, data owners, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and resolve data-related issues.

·      Work closely with IT and OT teams to integrate data from multiple systems and enhance analytical usability.

·      Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

·      Promote a culture of data governance and stewardship through continuous improvement initiatives.

·      Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs and data quality metrics.

·      Stay informed on best practices and emerging technologies in data management, analytics, and predictive maintenance.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

·        Experience in enterprise data management within ERP systems, preferably SAP.

·        Proficiency in BI reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

·        Skills in data analysis, database management, and programming (Python, R, and/or SQL).

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

·        Good command of English (level B1 or higher).

·        Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

·        Driver’s License
