We are looking for a Data Science Team Lead to join our mission of protecting millions of users online.

You will:

• Manage and mentor a growing team of data scientists focused on both Cyber Security Detection and Marketing Data Science.
• Drive end-to-end data science projects – from ideation and research through modeling, deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Define technical direction, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality execution across data science initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Security and BI teams to identify opportunities and solve strategic problems with data-driven solutions.
• Balance hands-on work and strategic leadership in a dynamic startup environment.

Our guess is you have a high chance of fitting in if you check as many of these as possible:

• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring data science teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end ML/AI workflows, from initial research to deployment & monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional data science projects from start to finish.
• Strategic and business-oriented leader, able to translate complex business problems into data science solutions with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
