Job Title: Data & AI Analyst & Senior Billing Specialist

Location: Aupark Tower, Bratislava
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 2-3 days per week in the office

We are looking for a unique hybrid profile — someone who enjoys diving into data and AI tools and takes pride in accurate, reliable billing work. This role offers the best of both worlds: the opportunity to explore modern data & AI solutions while supporting key finance processes.

Your key responsibilities:

50% – Data & AI Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret business data to support decisions and identify trends

- Create dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI

- Support automation of recurring tasks using Python or AI tools

- Contribute to AI-driven projects such as forecasting, segmentation, or workflow optimization

50% – Billing Responsibilities:

- Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices

- Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end reporting

- Communicate with internal teams to ensure proper billing inputs and approvals

- Work closely with finance to support reconciliation and data consistency

What we’re looking for:

- Solid experience in data analysis and billing/finance administration

- SQL and Power BI skills are required (not optional)

- Interest in AI and ability to use automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AutoML, Python, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and structured working style

- English proficiency (written and spoken); [add local language if required]

- Compensation: Salary starting at 2,980 EUR/gross. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
