About the Role
As the Director of AI Governance and Validation, you will be a key player in our AI Enablement team within the Data and Analytics organization. This role is essential in embedding responsible AI practices across all business units, ensuring that our AI initiatives are not only innovative but also ethically sound and compliant with governance standards. You will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, driving AI risk management and helping the organization stay ahead of market trends through strategic AI implementations.
In this opportunity as Director - AI Governance and Validation, you will:
Implement responsible AI practices, guidelines, and principles into program initiatives.
Foster a culture that prioritizes responsible AI and governance.
Monitor AI models and applications for responsible considerations.
Lead a high-performing team of responsible AI partners and experts.
Automate AI risk management processes and develop mitigation plans.
Serve as a liaison between business functions for responsible AI practices.
Design and implement data and AI integrations to support program objectives.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Director of AI Governance and Validation if you have the following required qualifications:
Experience in AI governance, risk management, and validation.
Strong understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data management.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation within an organization.
Experience in implementing AI technologies and managing proof of concepts.
Additional preferred qualifications include:
Experience working with vendors and partners in AI technology implementations.
Familiarity with regulatory standards related to AI and data governance.
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or AI.
