Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Products Process & Data Specialist to join our Investment team of Products Tribe (COO Domain) where we aim to develop and control processes of investment products in a simple and efficient manner, while we have a lot of fun!

Within this expert team you will be an Investment Products Process & Data Specialist, so you develop and control processes of investment products, focused to the E2E Customer Journey, from the acquisition - onboarding phase of an investment products and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations, process, and delivery for our retail customers. You aim at improving the efficiency investment processes performance an identify opportunities delight customers.

Main product lines to make this happen are brokerage, mutual funds and pension plans.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment Products and Processes specialist, you will:

• Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times;
• Monitor End-to-end processes, ensuring their operation, detection of technical issues and search for solutions based on Data;
• Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations;
• Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues;
• Data fluency & reporting: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to gain insights from operational side that enhance the decision-making process; create reports for operational areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..);
• Challenge and analyze current processes, both operational and customer visions;
• Measurement relevant KPIs, obtaining operational data, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency;
• Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV, but not limited to).

Proven track record and technical skills

• University degree;
• 2+ years’ professional experience in banking from the operational side
• Advanced office, mainly with knowledge in Excel and Power Point;
• Valuable proven experience with investment products processes (brokerage preferably)

Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Inversiones dentro del Products Tribe (dominio COO), donde nuestro objetivo es desarrollar y controlar los procesos de productos de inversión de forma simple y eficiente… ¡y pasarlo bien mientras lo hacemos!

Dentro de este equipo experto, serás Investment Products Process & Data Specialist, desarrollando y controlando los procesos de productos de inversión, con foco en el Customer Journey de principio a fin: desde la fase de adquisición y onboarding del producto de inversión, hasta la experiencia diaria de la persona cliente. Tu propósito será gestionar las operaciones, procesos y entregas del día a día para nuestras personas usuarias del segmento retail. Buscamos mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de inversión e identificar oportunidades para sorprender y deleitar a quienes confían en nosotros.

Las principales líneas de producto con las que trabajarás son: brokerage, fondos de inversión y planes de pensiones.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como especialista en Productos y Procesos de Inversión, tus funciones incluirán:

• Actuar como supervisión de primera línea de un equipo de atención al cliente, desempeñando un papel clave para alcanzar objetivos en productividad y tiempos de respuesta.
• Monitorizar procesos end-to-end, asegurando su funcionamiento, detectando incidencias técnicas y buscando soluciones basadas en datos.
• Identificar los productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades expresadas por la persona cliente, utilizando tu experiencia para proponer configuraciones y cantidades adecuadas.
• Investigar incidencias estándar utilizando los procesos, sistemas y procedimientos regulatorios y de cumplimiento actuales, y tomar medidas para resolver problemas de cumplimiento inmediatos.
• Fluidez en datos y reporting: comprender, definir, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights operativos que mejoren la toma de decisiones; crear informes para áreas operativas (MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Cuestionar y analizar los procesos actuales, tanto desde la visión operativa como desde la experiencia de la persona cliente.
• Medir KPIs relevantes, obtener datos operativos, analizar evoluciones, tendencias y volúmenes, buscando mejoras que aumenten la satisfacción de la persona cliente y la eficiencia de costes.
• Colaborar en el día a día con proveedores externos: detectar incidencias en los procesos, reportarlas y hacer seguimiento. Proponer medidas de mejora y métricas que evalúen la efectividad de las acciones implementadas.

Todo esto con la máxima protección a la persona cliente y con el objetivo de ser referentes en un entorno regulatorio exigente (CNMV, entre otros).

• Titulación universitaria.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia profesional en banca desde el área operativa.
• Dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
• Se valorará experiencia demostrada en procesos de productos de inversión (brokerage, preferentemente).
