This is a unique opportunity for:

  • Designing, and developing dashboards and reports to turn data into stories: determining user requirements and available data sources, building calculations, creating visualizations (TM Scorecard, Country Slides, etc...)
  • Review of existing dashboards/reports to identify potential improvement opportunities and areas for alignment 
  • Build ‘one place’ for access to all reports and ensure business continuity for reporting
  • Ensure metrics alignment and timely data delivery into the ING Hub's MIS dashboard. Cooperate with the dashboard PO and development team to implement TM requirements (design, data structure, metrics, etc…)
  • Implement changes in the TM Verint business models into dashboards and reports. Liaise with the Verint PO on the Operational Management Dashboard requirements and data availability for TM-related projects 
  • Work across functional lines and locations to ensure consistent data quality, data views, and alignment in the reporting (using the same definitions of metrics to enable comparison - ICS Portal vs KYC Dashboard, Navigator vs Verint, etc… )
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions

The team:

We are a team of Subject Matter Experts covering areas like change management, policy & procedures, tooling, audit support, continuous improvement, reporting, trainings and development, operating globally with essential impact to execution of global FCFP strategy.

Being an integral part of the FCFP CoE, the team works closely with the Global FCFP Transaction Monitoring Operations community with the intention to extend scope to CDD and Screening domain.

  • You are an expert Data / Business Analyst with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience,
  • You have strong analytical skills, understanding of both data and business process complexity, you can communicate with data fluently, building clear and actionable recommendations,
  • You are using Excel, Power Query/Power BI fluently, can prototypes automations,
  • You take ownership and get things done independently, effectively navigating through ambiguity, performing well under pressure,
  • You have a proven track record of gathering, defining, managing, governing and delivering business requirements, preferably linked to reporting and business intelligence,
  • Understanding of how to define process/service performance measures and turn them into insights/decisions,
  • You have attention to detail, ability to analyze large amounts of data,
  • You have skills to clearly express your conclusions based on data gathered and to present them in a concise form; you are decisive,
  • You complete tasks and achieve results in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner,
  • You are showing openness to change in order to work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or environment,
  • You show proactive attitude, propose ideas to improve the process and are open to participate in additional initiatives,
  • You are fluent in English, reading and writing,
  • You can easily interact with colleagues but also work independently.

  • Practical experience with application AI technologies in building advanced reports,
  • Understanding of case management and workforce management tooling
  • Project Management experience

Your responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the FCFP Data Analyst is to use the licensed software and advanced technologies to maintain and develop operational, workflow and workforce management related reports, visualize data outputs from various sources, develop automated solutions in an effective way, support the operational as well as TM management team in following trends in defined KPIs/SLAs to help them in making data driven decisions.

In practice this means, you will:

  • Building data driven business analyses and recommendations using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and presenting the conclusions / recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collecting, analyzing, recommending best way of addressing and managing reporting requirements
  • Building MI reporting process documentation and running adherence checks where needed
  • Follow up on MI issues and incidents to define and monitor corrective actions
  • Interacting with stakeholders as SPOC for reporting requirements, driving implementation,
  • Ensuring timely data delivery into the ING Hub's MIS dashboard (monthly KYC OCD reporting, local service levels).
  • Working across functional lines and locations to ensure consistent data quality and alignment in reporting.
  • Conducting analyses to answer business questions.

Wage (gross)

  • 2 550 EUR/month
  • *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
