Join our dynamic AI team to refine and expand a self-service, cloud-based enterprise web application focused on generative AI capabilities.

What do we do with AI - Our team leverages AI to automate and enhance our platform, with a focus on three main areas:

• GenAI Features: We enhance our product by automating and simplifying tasks and use cases within data management. While we’ve historically relied on traditional AI/ML algorithms for features like anomaly detection, data classification, and data matching, the advent of LLMs has enabled us to significantly improve these capabilities. We’re now able to introduce innovative features that elevate the user experience and push the boundaries of what’s possible in data management.
• AI Agent: We are developing a self-improving autonomous agent designed to perform complex data management tasks independently. This AI Assistant represents a major leap forward, capable of not only streamlining processes but also learning and adapting over time to better meet the needs of our users. This is more than just an evolution—it’s a transformative approach that leverages AI to revolutionize how data management is done.
• AI Platform: We’re building an internal AI platform that empowers teams across the company to integrate generative AI capabilities into their products with minimal effort. Our first step is the development of an AI Proxy – a shared service that abstracts away the complexities of LLM orchestration, prompting, and tooling.

Technology and Concepts

• Strong experience in modern Python development, with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
• Proficiency in software architecture and building distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling. 
• A keen interest in AI and large language models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• A passion for building secure and scalable SaaS solutions.
