VML Beirut is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical expertise, media acumen, and leadership capabilities to oversee data analytics and media efforts. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all analytics requests while managing a remote team and collaborating across multiple departments to deliver impactful insights and campaign results.

We are particularly looking for someone who is an automotive enthusiast and has a passion for industry. Experience working with automotive or similar brands is highly desirable, as it will help you connect deeply with the brand's objectives and audience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data analytics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all data analytics requests, including website analytics, marketing/campaign analytics, UX analysis, CRM, dashboarding, tagging, and ad hoc requests.
  • Oversee regional website tagging properties – ensuring accurate data tracking and remarketing processes.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and scheduled analytics reports, including competitor analysis, audience insights, and campaign performance reports (PCAs).
  • Collaborate with the strategy and social media teams to conceptualize and deliver integrated media campaign strategies.
  • Translate approved strategies into detailed platform-specific executions, working closely with the media team.

Media Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with strategy and social media teams to conceptualize and deliver integrated media campaign strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Translate approved strategies into detailed platform-specific executions in close partnership with the media team.
  • Oversee media operations, including planning, execution, and optimization of all campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with KPIs.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a remote team of professionals, including ad operations specialists, ensuring timely delivery of outputs that adhere to industry’s best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment by providing guidance, training, and regular feedback.

 

Desired Skills and Experiences

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or media management roles.
  • Proven track record of working with large-scale datasets, delivering actionable insights, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing remote teams and collaborating across diverse geographies.
  • Previous experience working with automotive or similar brands is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website tagging, tracking implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and audience segmentation tools.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, social media ad platforms, and paid search.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Passion for the automotive industry and enthusiasm for cars, trends, and innovations within the sector.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Tableau, or other relevant tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
