Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Data Analysis and SQL to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of complex data projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL querying, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Calificaciones

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project management, ideally within data analytics or technology domains.
· Strong SQL querying skills and experience working with databases.
· Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.
· Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
· Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
· Background in managing cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsabilidades del puesto

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end project planning sessions, ensuring proper definition of scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless project execution.
· Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
· Monitor and track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
· Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with defined objectives, scope, and cost constraints.
· Proactively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using structured change control processes.
· Use data-driven methods and tools to measure and report on project performance and health.
· Identify potential risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
· Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
