  What you’ll do Position Title:  SAP iXp Intern – Digital Indirect Customer Success   Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)   In this role, you will work with the Partner Success Center of Excellence, an integral part of Partner Ecosystem Success (PES), that brings together key functions to empower our partners, regional teams, and global stakeholders. As a cornerstone of SAP’s partner business, we drive success across the entire partner lifecycle and customer journey at scale. Collaborating with our leadership team, you will support a range of activities within the Indirect Customer Success Management organization. More specifically, you can expect to be involved in activities in the following areas:  
  • Support Global Initiatives: Actively participate in developing and delivering new and existing strategies that focus on aligning customer goals with product adoption to deliver business outcomes, increased customer satisfaction and retention, though partners. 
  • Monitor and communicate the results and achievements of project(s): Work with different local and international business units to build relationships between SAP Labs Latin America sites and their relevant stakeholders, leaders, and decision maker to boost visibility and expand possibilities.
  • Support adoption campaigns: Prepare lists of partner contacts to include in outreach efforts to drive more adoption and consumption in our indirect customer installed base.
  • Support churn accuracy: Work closely with internal teams to make sure team feedback (including partners) is reflected in our systems
  • Support initiatives to prevent churn, analyze customer insights, and optimize operations through automation and agile methodologies
  • Assets creation/curation: Design the visual resources needed to support our strategy to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging. Organize and maintain multimedia assets, creating an archive of reusable content for partners to find information they need faster to drive customer success with best practices.
  • Social media: Engage with the creation of social media content, spanning from webinar promotions to team updates, videos, and GIFs, helping our team build an active online presence.
  • AI Media: Utilize AI tools to develop diverse assets, including cross-solution area videos, to enhance the visual content strategy, which can later be used by internal teams and partners.
  • Creating high-quality presentations for management and QBR meetings
  • Administrative tasks for the management team (executive assistant, communication, PMO, Coordinate events, meetings, or workshops)
  What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
  • Positive, "Can-do" mentality, with a passion for learning taking things off the drawing board.
  • To be an autonomous and original thinker who can initiate and carry out various concurrent tasks.  
  • You should be an excellent team player with strong abilities to network and to work independently by using analytical and problem-solving skills and your willingness to learn quickly. 
  • Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to gain productivity by using AI tools (Copilot or LLMs prompts is a main plus) 
  • Good graphical design skills or interest in developing them
  • Experienced in video editing, or interest in developing them
  • Participated in creation or maintenance activities of SharePoint Pages, or the interest to learn by doing.
  • Good at planning and proven consistent in commitment and time management.
  • Fluent communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese is very important as we are a global team.
  • Good logical skills for managing, creating internal processes.
  • University student enrolled to Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related courses.
