Business Analyst - Student Position

SUMMARY:

We are in search of an exceptional student with a strong financial background. This student will go over public reports and extract financial information, utilizing a combination of manual methods and Python scripts developed using pandas. Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extract data from all available financial data sets.
  Extraction will require both coding and manual extraction in many cases.
• Cleaning and mapping new datasets prior to ingestion.
• Interact with Data Engineers in order to improve the process & introduce new methods and ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA, BSc or MBA Student, preferably with Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Big Data etc. 
• Coding skills: SQL: must, Excel / google-sheets: must, python (pandas) advantage
• Good communication skills.
• Research skills.
• Fluent English.
• Background in business & intelligence research (advantage).
