This is you

• 4+ years of experience in Data analytics and BI;
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms;
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts applicable to BI, including machine learning algorithms and neural networks;
• Proficient programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or related languages;
• Expertise in statistical techniques for data interpretation and analysis;
• Experience developing and implementing BI solutions end-to-end;
• Ability to identify problems quickly and develop effective, practical solutions;
• Spanish language proficiency (mandatory);
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects.

This is your role

• Design, develop, and implement advanced BI solutions;
• Apply AI techniques to enhance BI capabilities and insights;
• Write efficient, maintainable code to support data analysis and BI processes;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand BI requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI and AI-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance;
• Communicate findings, progress, and challenges clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Continuously monitor emerging BI and AI trends to recommend and implement improvements in the BI infrastructure and processes.
