Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to support our go-to-market strategy and execution for both a cutting-edge SaaS platform and a newly released Python-based API solution. This position blends strategic insight with hands-on execution across user research, product positioning, campaign management and development, and field enablement. Ideal candidates are experienced at marketing to both financial professionals and technical users such as developers and data scientists.
You’ll serve as the voice of the user—financial and technical—while collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to bring high-impact products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- User Insight & Research
Develop a deep understanding of both financial professionals and developer users to inform messaging and roadmap prioritization.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive research across SaaS and API categories.
- Positioning & Messaging
Craft compelling, differentiated messaging for multiple user personas, including asset managers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
Highlight technical capabilities (e.g., Python APIs, real-time workflows) alongside business value (e.g., risk reduction, efficiency gains).
- Go-to-Market Strategy execution
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Communications teams to execute global GTM plans.
- Customer Engagement
Serve as a liaison to early adopters and developer communities, gathering feedback and sharing product updates.
Represent the product at events, webinars, and in developer forums to build advocacy and momentum.
- Content & Campaign Management & Enablement
Oversee the creation of campaign assets and product collateral such as white papers, one-pagers, solution briefs, partner marketing collateral & demo scripts.
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and industry events while partnering and coordinating tightly with with Product, Sales and Growth teams
- Sales Support
Support sales teams and customers in ad hoc collateral creation, customer interviews and event engagement
Provide sales with toolkits (scripts, battle cards, email templates) and conduct internal training or briefing on campaign goals, competitive landscape and messaging.
Minimum Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or developer tools.
Experience in managing and supporting integrated multichannel marketing campaigns.
Ability to synthesize product positioning into compelling campaign messaging that resonates with target segments
Strong technical fluency, particularly in Python, data workflows, and real-time analytics; ability to communicate with both engineers and executives.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional product launches and influencing go-to-market strategy.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Science or a related field.
Experience in leveraging AI tools for content creation and enhanced productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in big data analytics, financial data APIs, or SaaS tools for finance is ideal.
Knowledge of financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, RMS, AlphaSense).
Experience marketing to developer audiences and working in agile, fast-paced startups.
Familiarity with other programming languages
Project management experience and ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
