Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to evaluate data and answer strategic business questions
  • Generate actionable insights and enable reporting through data transformation, statistical analyses, or machine learning methods
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights using structured problem-solving frameworks.
  • Perform Adhoc analysis and visualization of data
  • Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support business stakeholders in solving complex data-related problems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Experience with Cloud ERP Systems such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, etc.
  • Experience analyzing data, generating insights, and telling stories with data
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, data distribution, regression analysis, and probability.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and translating business goals into technical data requirements.
  • Ability to contextualize data insights in business terms and to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to cleanse, transform, and aggregate data from various sources, ensuring it’s ready for analysis.
  • Adaptability to shifting business needs while maintaining effectiveness and impact
  • Demonstrates accountability for responsibilities, follow-through on commitments, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Exemplifies a self-starter mindset, taking initiative to solve problems proactively and drive solutions without constant direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
