AI/ML Solutions Lead

As we expand our capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, we are looking for an AI/ML Solutions Lead to drive the design and implementation of innovative, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities include

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address complex and high-impact business challenges.
• Architect, customize, and optimize AI/ML frameworks and pipelines based on specific client requirements and best practices.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless integration and scalable deployment of AI solutions.
• Design and integrate advanced algorithms and APIs, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), anomaly detection, and demand forecasting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensure rigorous testing, and support production deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
• Oversee data quality and integrity across the AI lifecycle and manage the MLOps infrastructure for continuous integration, delivery, and model monitoring.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, proof-of-concept (PoC) development, and  RFP technical proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant postgraduate degree or certifications in AI/ML
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions from PoC to production
• Strong Python programming skills, with experience in ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
• Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, OCR, and Computer Vision techniques
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

Nice-to-Have

• Certifications demonstrating advanced expertise in cloud-based ML (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty)
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., model versioning, pipelines, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Exposure to full-stack development (e.g., React, Node.js, SPFx)
