Job Description:

What will you work on?
 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to apply AI, machine learning, and data science techniques to solve high-impact problems in areas of product management, consumer insights, marketing, and revenue growth management.  

You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and collaborating closely with our Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve our data pipelines. Your goal will be to ensure the data is clean, accurate, and optimized for building machine learning models that can ultimately be integrated into Generative AI and Agentic AI workflow-based solutions aimed at delivering scalable analytical solutions and decision-making tools. 

How will you create impact?
 

• Architect and implement reusable frameworks for data ingestion, prompt/feature engineering, model training, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. 
• Build and operationalize ML models for forecasting, segmentation, optimization, and anomaly detection. 
• Develop NLP/AI-powered tools using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to support self-service analytics and decision-making. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and within the team to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent process redesign. 
• Design intuitive AI products and APIs that enable non-technical users to interact with data and models to support decision-making. 
• Ensure alignment with MLOps best practices: version control, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and retraining workflows. 
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, security, and governance across all tools and models. 

What are your skills and experience?

• Experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year working on Gen AI or Agentic AI projects. 
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with LangChain, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI PaLM), and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with Google Cloud AI tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Dialogflow for deploying scalable AI solutions. 
• Deep knowledge of data engineering principles and tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Spark, BigQuery). 
• Experience in enterprise analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and how to integrate ML outputs. 
• Experience in building and training/retraining ML models to maintain accuracy and business relevance of results. 
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments, including building APIs and microservices. 
• Experience with chatbot/agent frameworks and orchestration tools. 

Great to Have: 

• Experience in ingesting and modeling data in BigQuery to solve business problems. 
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and RAG-based architectures. 
• Experience working on AI/ML solutions in the CPG industry. 
• Strong communication and UX sensibility when building tools for business users. 

Please note this is an on-site position that requires a minimum of 4 days in office
