Data Analyst - User Identity

Data is at the heart of building products people love - and we are also changing how we work with data. We are building a modern data foundation that supports smarter personalization, user engagement, and monetization across our media brands.
We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our User Data team in Stockholm.
What will you do in this role?
In this role, you will work embedded with our user identity product team which is responsible for our cookie consent, login and identity solutions - alla critical in Schibsted's data collection
You will:
- Turn raw events into clarity - Model and analyze login funnels, MFA drop-offs, password-reset loops, and consent acceptance rates
- Own the metrics - Define and maintain source-of-truth dashboards for login success, speed, satisfaction, and op-in health
- Spot friction fast - Proactively surface anomalies (e.g. spikes in 2FA failures) and partner with engineering to test fixes or new flows
- Drive experimentation - Design A/B tests on copy, CTA placement, or step order; measure impact on conversion, engagement and retention
- Champion data literacy - Enable self-serve analytics for product and editorial stakeholders; coach teams on reading dashboards and setting KPIs
- Keep us compliant - Work with Privacy, Legal, and Data Gocernance to make sure consent metrics reflect GDPR and local regulations
Who you are:
You enjoy analysing data and always link insights to an outcome. To you, data is not just rows and columns, but actually journeys and drivers. You are energized by seeing a 0.5-second faster login or a 3 pp rise in consent opt-ins—and you will chase the next win together with your team.
You are curious and collaborative, eager to understand root causes and explore them with your PM, engineer and UX-designer to continuously improve our products.
What we are looking for:
You have experience as a product owner, analyst, or data-savvy project manager, and you know what it takes to develop great data products in complex organizations.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics for consumer-facing digital products
- Advanced SQL skills and comfort exploring millions of events in Snowflake (or similar cloud DWH)
- Fluency in Tableau, Amplitude, or equivalent BI tools. You can craft intuituve dashboards and narrate the "so what"
- Working knowledge of experiment design and statistical evaluation
- Curiosity about authentication stacks (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, MFA) and a basic grasp of GDPR/Consent frameworks
- You are a clear communicator who can switch from SQL to storytelling and make data feel human
- Bonus points for experience with Python, R, DBT or Airflow
