At the intersection of technology, gaming, and regulation, our Regulatory Reporting Analysts team transforms complex data into trusted reporting that powers compliance across all DraftKings products. We're the data guardians behind one of the most dynamic and fast-paced industries — where accuracy isn’t just important, it’s required by regulation. If you're passionate about making a measurable impact across state lines and product lines — this is your chance to dive into the deep end of data with a team that’s redefining what regulatory analytics can be.

What you’ll do as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst:

  • Use SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and validate large datasets for regulatory reporting.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.

  • Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual intervention and enhance reporting scalability.

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews.

  • Translate evolving regulatory requirements into structured data logic and report frameworks.

  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver reliable and audit-ready reports.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, regulatory reporting, or data operations.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, transformation, and automation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, MIS, or a related area).

  • Strong analytical thinking and a high attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical partners.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and regulatory timelines.
