  • Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira, Python, Pendo, and other product and data platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

Create KPIs and tools to better understand and anticipate customer needs and improve internal operations with a focus on adoption and end-user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work across multiple products and engineering teams to align product goals with business strategy. Participate in asynchronous and scheduled conversations with our engineering leaders to clarify requirements, build and estimate user stories, and research issues.
  • Quality: Work to extend our QA process and teams, and build operations and infrastructure, from test cases to rollout plans.
  • Integrations: Technical aptitude to build multiple API and integration structures to provide interconnectivity to the ecosystem of partners and platforms.
  • Innovation: Understand modern product management and customer needs to build industry leading features.
  • Build: Create product marketing and internal comms to train, guide, and support our internal teams and external customers to ensure adoption of our new product launches.

  • Proven track record in leading product development from conception through to launch
    • Knowledge of payment, fintech, healthcare markets and regulations a plus
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
