Job Description

• Runs activities related to designing new approaches, methodologies and modelling comprehensive dashboards and understands the business needs and transforming them into a feasible technical solution plan.
• Thinking towards Automating the manual works.
• Supports the team to deliver activities related, but not limited to designing new approaches, methodologies and modelling comprehensive dashboards in line with business needs and requirements.
• Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support collaboration between the team, BI and Technology groups, BI vendors, Systems Developers.
• Delivers assigned tasks in centralizing and servicing reporting needs of the business, including report design, development, publishing, maintenance, and special report requests.
• Delivers activities which help establish and maintain processes to analyze requirements and integrate recurring reports into a standard reporting catalogue.
• Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.

Qualifications

• MSTR knowledge as primary and should have knowledge on Power BI as secondary skill set and resource agreed to enrich their knowledge on different BI platform on job learning.
• Experienced MSTR Developer of Schema & Public Objects in 11.x version.
• Good Hands-on Experience in Dashboards and Report Developments for both MSTR and Power BI.
• Good Experience and Knowledge of Data warehousing and data modelling. And can propose solutions of backend/frontend/MSTR/Power BI design and model.
• Experience demonstrating MicroStrategy development tools including Architect, Desktop, Web, Mobile, Object Manager,
• Strong in SQL and Analytical thinking.
• Exposure to Cloud Data warehouse solutions like BigQuery.
• Experience in Power BI services and different Optimization techniques.
• Experience in DAX coding, Power Query (M Code), including complex measure and calculated column design.
• Power BI workspace understanding – Publishing reports, gateways, scheduled refreshes.
• Power Automate experience developing workflows to automate email communications of Power BI data.
• Good understanding on Power Bi security model (Row level security and implementation of it).
• Good Communication Skills to understand the requirements and propose different solutions to stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information

• SDK customization in MSTR or Power BI.
• Power Apps Experience.
• CI/CD pipeline creation for migration to different environment.
• Python Coding
