The Front-End Developer Role

SESAMm is looking for a talented and creative Front-End Engineer to help us design and develop powerful data visualization dashboards that bring our cutting-edge NLP, Machine Learning, and quantitative analytics to life. 

In this role, you’ll be building dynamic web applications tailored for professionals in the finance industry — people who rely on fast, clear insights to make high-stakes decisions. 

Your work will be essential in transforming complex data outputs into visually intuitive and interactive experiences. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure that every chart, table, and interface serves a clear purpose. Interpretability isn’t just a feature — it’s the foundation of what you’ll create.

Desired Background and Skills

Education

• Engineer diploma or master’s degree in computer science

Experience

• 2+ years of programming experience 

Skills

• Good skills in Javascript
• Knowledge in frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue
• Languages: fluent French speaker with good writing skills
• Proficiency in Typescript with good CSS skills
• An eye for data visualization and UI design

Even better 

• A passion for well documented and tested software development
• An ability to work within a diverse team
• Some backend development experience (Node.js, Python)
• Ability to empathize and understand customer needs
