About the role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Lead to own and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This is a dynamic role that spans across cloud marketplaces, consulting partners, and key technology providers. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to build programs that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Own end-to-end management of our presence in cloud marketplaces (listings, partner enablement, co-sell).
Establish and grow co-sell relationships with AWS, Azure, and GCP, working with partner managers to build joint opportunities and close business.
Drive marketplace performance, including deal registration, revenue attribution, and GTM alignment.
Consulting & Services Partnerships
Build and manage a bench of implementation partners to ensure customers’ success and scale delivery of LangChain products.
Develop a training, certification, and evaluation program that enables partners to act as an extension of our deployed engineering team.
Design and launch a referral program that incentivizes and rewards partners for sourcing opportunities.
Technology Partnerships
Identify 1–2 strategic technology partners that complement our offerings and deepen customer value.
Build strong joint value propositions with those partners, including GTM plays, webinars, and sales enablement.
How to be successful in this role
5+ years in strategic partnerships in a B2B / dev-tools company. 8+ years of work experience in a business development, or related, function
Proven ability to create partner programs from scratch, including contracts, enablement, and performance management.
Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership in a startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary and equity stake for role and stage of company. Commensurate with experience.
Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000 USD
