Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler/ Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL and a deep knowledge of database management systems like Oracle and SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models.
• Evaluate existing data systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models and data flows.
• Develop best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
• Review modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
• Understand data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarize with cloud-based data services like Azure.
• Locate data sources for business requirements.
• Gather data from various sources and structure it for analysis.
• Ensure data quality by removing duplicates, handling missing values, and transforming data into a usable format.
• Explore data to gain insights, identify anomalies, and formulate hypotheses.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SQL and knowledge of database management systems like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data services like Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
