About the role

Join Kinaxis’ AI/ML engineering team and help shape intelligent supply chain solutions used by global enterprises. We build and deploy ML features that drive real-world impact—from forecasting and replenishment optimization to recommendations and explainability.

This role is ideal for a developer who sees AI not as an add-on, but as a core part of software systems. You’ll work across the stack—from model training to production deployment—and collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to bring AI to life.

What you will do

• Design and implement ML-driven features for forecasting, optimization, recommendations, and NLP
• Build scalable, cloud-native systems using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Contribute to the full ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, user-facing AI features
• Contribute to architecture and DevOps, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Stay current with trends like LLMs, RAG, and AI agents—and apply them where valuable
• Mentor teammates and help grow a high-trust engineering culture

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with production ML systems
• Strong Python development skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and applied math/statistics
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI agents
• Experience with Argo Workflows, Spark, or distributed data tools
• Supply chain industry experience
