The Wellstar Marketing team is hiring a new Sr. Data Analyst reporting to the Director of Strategic Market Analytics. Our marketing team is fast-paced, thoughtful and purpose driven organization. We are looking for an individual that brings an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset in a rapidly growing organization. The K&I team provides thought leadership and actionable insights to support the Wellstar Marketing Community. A successful candidate must be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. He/she will be expected to leverage best practices and willing to think outside the box to uncover holistic insights to inform strategies and drivers of in-market performance. Data Querying and Data Management Generating Data Driven Reports and Applications Organizing and Reporting Results to Stakeholders Able to build reports and connect various data sources within Tableau Able to manage API data transfer and access Able to liaison with Business Intelligence and IT This position does not oversee any direct reports. Open to changes in role's scope and responsibilities to drive value for the organization and personal growth.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Build and Maintains Performance Management Dashboards and Tools * Gather requirements, build and maintain dashboards and reports connected to strategic imperatives and brand/service line campaigns * Ensures dashboards and reports are refreshed timely with appropriate quality checks * Stewards the Quarterly Performance Review in collaboration with each marketing department Executes adhoc analyses, reports, insights and conclusions * Creates adhoc analysis reports/summaries with learnings and implications for executives review * Synthesizes information/data to develop conclusions and insights * SME across data sources such as Healthgrades, NRC, Sprinklr, SweetIQ, Google Analytics, Claims reporting Manage key partners and external relationships: * Manges access and maintains content on the Knowledge and Insights Microsoft Teams portal * Owns Business Intelligence relationship regarding dashboards, reports, data storage and APIs * Liaisons with Brand Strategy & Consumer Engagement teams to appropriately leverage suite of analytical tools Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Science, Healthcare Analytics (Payor or Provider), or related discipline RequiredRequired Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:
minimum 3 years of experience mining data as a data analyst (prefer 3-5 years) RequiredRequired Minimum Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare industry Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Strong Excel skills with the knowledge of or ability to learn other analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
