Work Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Test Data Management Advisor Senior  conducts technical and project leadership of Data Management development, enabling test data reusability, reduction of production systems data usage and storage of data for decommissioned systems.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead and oversee larger initiatives and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategy using Enterprise Data Management Tools and ensuring Data Management Lifecycle is followed for analysis of requirements, design, and development.

• Drive process improvement and implement test data reusability to reduce production data usage and storage of data for decommissioned systems.

• Contribute to ongoing review of the Enterprise Data Management Tool hardware and software environments and review security, migration standards/process and alignment within the assigned project. Identify the gap and develop tools/utilities to automate procurement of test data and explore opportunities for automating the existing data mining and synthetic data creation.

• Provide solution on GBD Facets test data needs across membership, claims and authorizations and perform ETL (Extract, Transformation & Load) data load to eHUB and EDP cloud.

• Align and coordinate with Application Development stakeholders and responsible for problem solving, budgeting, beam management, project management and delivery for larger initiatives, engaging multi-vendors and technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related.

Additional Requirements:

• Five (5) years of any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.

• Five (5) years of required IT, or related experience must include: Facets; Test Date Management; AWS Cloud Migration; Oracle SQL; EDI X12 Standards; Enrollment and Billing; Claims.

• Adjudication; Quality Center; JIRA.

SALARY:    $142,418 - $143,418 per year
