What We’re Looking For:We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Marketing Analytics to join our dynamic team and help us leverage data to drive business insights and decision-making.  As the Director of Marketing Analytics at AmeriSave, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to support our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, and analysis of marketing data from various sources, creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, BigQuery and PowerBi. Your expertise will help us uncover trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.What You’ll Do: Data Management and Integration:
  • Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of marketing data from various sources.
  • Design and maintain a robust data warehouse structure to support marketing analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance.
Dashboard Development:
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio and PowerBi or similar platforms to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and visualizations that drive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions.
Strategic Analysis:
  • Analyze large datasets using BigQuery, Python, etc.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Multi-Touch Attribution and Incrementality Testing:
  • Utilize multi-touch attribution models to understand the impact of various marketing touchpoints on customer conversion.
  • Conduct incrementality testing to measure the true impact of marketing activities and optimize budget allocation.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data strategies and objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and tools within the marketing team.
General Responsibilities:
  • Provide data and problem-solving support to our teams.
  • Develop reporting and services to improve performance.
  • Streamline operations leveraging automation and process improvement best practices.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data analysis workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and PowerBi or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
  • In-depth knowledge of data warehouse structures and best practices for data integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of analysts.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing is preferred.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
