FullStack AI Engineer

• End-to-End AI Development: Co-own the entire lifecycle of AI-powered feature and application development, from ideation to production / integration, leveraging AI development tools (Cursor, Bolt, etc.) to drive speed-to-output.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with R&D, QA, and software teams to build and integrate AI-driven functionality into our existing software.
• AI Roadmap Speed to Execution: drive speed to execution on AI feature roadmap, balancing long-term vision with immediate execution.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Move fast, build MVPs, and continuously refine AI-driven features for real-world application.
• Technical Execution: Implement AI models, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance our product suite.
• Scaling AI Applications: Optimize and productionize AI features, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Full Stack Engineering: Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development.
• AI & Machine Learning: Experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.), LLMs, or building AI-driven applications.

• AI Development Tool Experience: Experience working with AI development tools (eg. Cursor, Bolt, etc.) to drive speed-to-output and reduce manual work when coding (both legacy applications and AI features / functionality).

• Cloud & Databases: Familiarity with cloud-based deployments, relational (MySQL/Oracle) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Fast Execution: Ability to move quickly, iterate, and optimize AI-based solutions.
