What You'll do:

- Design efficient data models, define relationships between tables, and optimize performance;

- Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and business metrics;

- Maintain and update reports based on evolving business needs;

- Provide training to end-users and develop comprehensive documentation;

- Integrate Power BI solutions with tools such as Azure, Excel, and SharePoint;

- Ensure data security through Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage user permissions;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, transformation, reporting, and BI solutions;

- SQL: Solid experience in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and performance optimization across databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. Experience with Dremio is a plus;

- Python: Capable of developing data models, including time series analysis, K-means clustering, and Logit models;

- Power BI: Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations, with advanced use of features such as Drill-through, Slicers, and Bookmarks;

- DAX: Strong knowledge of DAX formulas for complex calculations and analytical optimization;

- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;

- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
