About the Team:

To drive innovation and unlock the full potential of Software-Defined Vehicles, a User Experience Platform is essential for all TRATON brands. This platform serves as the backbone, weaving together multiple layers—from cloud-based components to frontend components.

The heart of this initiative lies in simplifying complexity. By offering seamless, standardized APIs and a suite of versatile services, features, and tools, the platform empowers each brand to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional value to their customers and accelerating the launch of market-driven solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive people to be part of the team responsible for kicking off this journey to deliver the first use case as a proof of concept in order to get more insights and that can evolve into a customer-ready product.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Data Understanding & Modeling: Help clients make sense of their data landscape, advising on modeling approaches and use cases.
• Simplify Data Complexity: Translate complex data concepts into practical, business-friendly insights.
• Design & Optimize Data Workflows: Build and maintain scalable KNIME workflows (or similar ETL pipelines) to integrate, clean, and transform data.
• Enable Data Integration: Support the connection of various systems and data sources to enable unified analysis.
• Advise on Data Best Practices: Recommend approaches for data quality, governance, and usage aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate Cross-Team: Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with developments in data engineering, analytics, and automation platforms like KNIME or similar tools.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong data literacy and ability to navigate both business and technical topics
• Hands-on experience with KNIME or similar ETL tools
• Solid understanding of data integration and modeling
• Proactive and client-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to design scalable, pragmatic solutions
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts clearly
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
