This role blends elements of an Executive Assistant, Tech Advisor, and AI/Digital Coach — but with a singular focus: to help our Founder's and their senior leadership teams rapidly adopt and integrate cutting-edge digital tools, AI applications, and productivity systems into our daily workflows and decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the Digital & AI “Right Hand” to the Founders, Co-CEOs and their Executive Team
- Proactively identify, learn, and teach relevant AI, software, and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, custom GPTs, R, Python, Notion, MS Teams, Zapier, etc.)
- Build and experiment with custom agentic AI solutions to improve personal and team productivity
- Assist with digital organization, task management, and automation of high-friction workflows
- Train executives on new platforms, best practices, and digital literacy fundamentals
- Create simplified dashboards, guides, cheat sheets, or mini-training sessions to onboard new tech tools
- Work closely with IT, Digital, and Transformation teams to pilot and pressure-test new technologies
- Stay on the leading edge of emerging tools in AI, productivity, and business tech – bring the best to the table
- Deliver direct support for managing emails, scheduling systems, and maintaining executive digital organization
- Help translate the gap between technical opportunity and business execution
Required Expereince
- A recent graduate (0–3 years of experience)
- Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Passionate about AI, automation, and productivity tech – you're the go-to person in your group for digital tools
- Business-curious with an interest in entrepreneurship, food manufacturing
- A clear communicator who can teach complex concepts simply and practically
- Creative, self-starting, and obsessed with efficiency
- Comfortable working with senior executives and translating their needs into digital solutions
- Bonus: You’ve experimented with agentic AI or have built custom tools or apps on your own
