Your Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Agent Architect to join our fast-paced and growing Research team. In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness of AI-powered bot interactions by reviewing and optimizing client-provided knowledge content and prompt structures. This role bridges the gap between content readiness, prompt design, and quality assurance, playing a key part in delivering a reliable and high-quality client experience.

Your Top Responsibilities

• Review client requirements, knowledge base (KB) documents, and URLs for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Restructure KB if needed to ensure content is well-structured and optimized for integration with AI agents.
• Provide constructive feedback to clients on KB formatting and improvements.
• Design, tune, and iterate on AI Agent prompts to improve response quality and contextual accuracy.
• Set up and manage workflows that define AI Agent actions and interactions.
• Perform internal stress testing of AI Agents using standardized testing frameworks.
• Collect and consolidate feedback from client-side testing sessions.
• Identify and document issues, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to improve AI Agent behavior.

What We Expect from You

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with conversational AI or chatbot platforms (GPT-based tools, etc.).
• Experience in any of the following is a plus: prompt engineering, technical writing, content operations, or QA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in delivering clear feedback to clients.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, customer success).
