Job Description:

Job Title: Adobe Target Developer (A/B & Multivariate Testing)

Location: Pune/Noida

Experience - 3 to 5 years

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Adobe Target Developer who’s passionate about using experimentation and personalisation to transform digital experiences and fuel business growth. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our A/B and multivariate testing strategy—driving real change through data, technology, and customer insight. This isn’t just about setting up tests; it’s about shaping how our clients and prospects interact with our brand and creating measurable impact through experimentation.

You’ll work closely with MarTech, analytics, UX, and development teams to design and deliver targeted, high-impact tests and experiences. Your technical expertise with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics will help unlock personalisation at scale, refine audience strategies, and continuously improve the performance of our digital properties.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Experimentation Strategy & Optimization

  • Lead the execution of A/B and multivariate tests that uncover what truly drives performance—boosting conversion rates and improving user journeys across digital touchpoints.

  • Configure experiments in Adobe Target, applying segmentation logic and rigorous tagging to ensure accurate, actionable results.

  • Collaborate with analysts, UX designers, and developers to bring test ideas to life, troubleshoot technical issues, and validate implementations end-to-end.

  • Contribute to a testing roadmap that aligns with strategic goals—prioritising tests with high potential impact and learning value.

Personalisation & Audience Targeting

  • Use customer attributes and behavioural data to create meaningful, dynamic audience segments that drive personalized digital experiences.

  • Implement personalisation strategies that go beyond A/B testing—exploring adaptive content.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for personalisation that resonate with diverse user personas and drive deeper engagement.

Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, data science, and engineering teams to translate ideas into measurable experiments.

  • Share learnings in a clear, compelling way that inspires action and encourages iterative experimentation.

What You Bring:

Must-Have Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital experimentation, CRO, or web analytics.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Launch, with a deep understanding of audience segmentation and personalisation workflows. Working knowledge of Adobe SDKs would be a plus.

  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing and troubleshooting test implementations.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret test data and assess statistical significance using Adobe Analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python to support deeper analysis or experiment automation.

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and user research methods.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative cross-functional environments.
