  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to drive Generative AI adoption across the organization.
  • Work closely with leadership, development teams, data teams, and end users to identify challenges and opportunities in AI adoption.
  • Serve as an AI advocate, offering continuous support and guidance to teams and individuals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to enhance understanding and ease of AI concepts.
  • Collect feedback from users regularly to enhance AI enablement initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor AI adoption metrics, assess engagement levels, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Create dashboards and reports to offer insights into AI utilization, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust adoption strategies and enhance training content.
  • Provide live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and informational teach-ins to educate employees on AI tools and best practices.
  • Manage and create comprehensive training materials, such as guides, videos, and self-service resources.
  • Develop and implement scalable AI learning programs that are customized for various user personas and levels of experience.
  • Must be flexible and able to work off-hours as required to support deployments, resolve issues and respond to corporate emergencies.
Required Education/Experience
  • Master's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of IT experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience
  • Associate's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of IT experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years of IT experience
Relevant Work Experience
  • Solid knowledge of AI technologies, especially GenAI, AI Agents, and AI tools, required.
  • Extensive knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications in software development, required.
  • Strong experience in leveraging generalized AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), for various enterprise tasks, required.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering innovative solutions, required.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives, required.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar, to monitor and summarize adoption trends, required.
  • Capability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, required.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience managing and influencing diverse workgroups and project teams, required.
  • Ability to apply cyber security principles to IT projects, required.

Additional Physical Demands
  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
